About me

My experience as a Doula close to many families in everyday life, has aroused in me more and more interest in wanting to also take care of my clients from a nutritional point of view.

After obtaining the title of Nutritional Therapist, a three-year course that includes 200 hours of clinic (CNM-London), I decided to move to Bologna to continue my work of support and nutritional education in Italy and remotely for overseas clients.

 

I am here to support you with food advice during the various moments of your life.

What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional therapy is a dietary approach aimed at the personal well-being. 

Based on the principle of uniqueness, a personalised and exclusive plan is dedicated to each client according to their needs.

 

Nutritional therapy addresses the underlying root causes of symptoms or health issues supporting the whole individual.

 

As a nutritional therapist I will work alongside you to develop a nutrition plan that will help you achieve optimal health and well-being.

 

I focus on the most up-to-date and appropriate researches to get the best possible results for my clients.

How can I support you?

If you are suffering from fatigue, anxiety, bloating, brain fog, mood swings, sleeping issues or fertility, these can often be addressed through nutrition.

Nutritional therapy can help you balancing and reducing your symptoms, reaching optimal health through appropriate dietary, behavioural and lifestyle changes.

The duration of the first consultation is on average 90 minutes. Follow ups are typically shorter, around an hour.

 

Packages of 3 or more consultations are also available and tailored to your needs.

 

We will work together to reach the goal of improving your well-being, focusing on lifestyle, food habits, sleep, stress and exercise changes.
